• Incorporated PE-NUT lessons that focused on exercising and eating healthy

• Reinforced teamwork, sportsmanship, cooperation, and problem solving

• Developed and conducted lessons in fundamental motor skills along with sports skills

• Devised units and lessons for volleyball, floor hockey, weight training, archery, and team handball
